Those of you that are nice enough to come through my blog on a daily basis or that subscribe to my rss feed here know that in addition to being one of those blogging ceos and a blogger that is open to guest posts I am also a multiple business owner. Every once in a while I like to post a few business tips for small business owners or for new managers looking for management tips, who knows maybe someone wild find the info helpful.
Prior to being a small business owner I spent my time in various management level positions with Home Depot. When I started at Home Depot I started as a “Lot Guy”, good old Department 96… the cart kid, by time I left Home Depot I had over 10 years of management experience, experience that I still use. People can say a lot of things about Home Depot, what I can say is that I was fortunate to work with some of the best managers ever and learned things that I honestly don’t believe I could have learned at any school. I’m no whiz kid, school was never my thing.

It looks like I have been terminated from my position of writing the Extreme John blog… sad sad sad. O.K, as if you would really be that lucky. Today will be a quick post about a few of the things we changed around here over the last couple of weeks, these changes won’t really effect any of you that read my blog or subscribe to my rss feed.
Below you will find a list of a items that have been removed from my blog over the last week and a short reason behind why I decided to make these changes and remove the following Wordpress plugins and blogging tools.

When I wrote my post asking all of you what I should do for my 1000th post I really didn’t expect so many of you to request a video or a behind the scenes type of video, I honestly never thought anyone would really care about seeing what I do in a day. My good friend James from MMA Punk has been telling me to do videos for probably a year or so now, most of you that subscribe to my rss feed know that I pretty much never do videos here and when I do videos I usually hate them.
Needless to say I am going to keep this short and sweet, I decided to do a behind the scenes video series. This is the first episode in the series of videos that will take you through my day on February 5, 2010, or at least most of it. It would have been cool to get some footage from our lunch at Winghouse on Ulmerton Road in Largo Florida, we had a great time there and even managed to give out a few hundred dollars worth of free Insane Limos gift cards.

Here comes another last minute post heading in to Friday, I was hoping that I would finish up earlier last night so I would have this post out the door at midnight. There really isn’t too much I can do about it now, instead of focusing on what I would have liked to occur let’s switch focus to what I would like to occur. Those of you that come through here for my mashup posts on Sunday’s or that subscribe to my rss feed know I like giving out a little link luv from time to time, I do it as a way to thank those fellow bloggers that post quality and helpful blogging tips.
It’s been a hot minute since I did my weekly mashup and showed some luv, so I decided to put this post together that includes links to some of my favorite blogs. I currently subscribe to over 100 blogs, many of which I found thanks to those bloggers that took the time to leave a comment here on my blog, you know a little U Comment I Follow stuff that goes on between bloggers.
Anyway, in addition to the list of great blogs below I would like to hear what blog you enjoy. After you read my post take a second to leave a comment to a blog that you would recommend for me to read or other newbie bloggers to check out, please don’t recommend blogs that are already on my list and don’t try linking to any crazy pill spam sites or free porn site stuff. Each week I try to post a few links to excellent blogging tips, business tips and information on social media sites that I came across during the week. I do this for a few reasons one of which is to share blogging information with newbie bloggers or business bloggers that are looking to create a greater online presence for their business.
When I first started this series I called it the Sunday Smash, which is basically my version of a mashup for the week and it gives me a chance to spread some Do Follow link luv on to other blogs that I read, in some cases those bloggers are nice enough to shoot me a few backlinks in return. I actively read over 500 blog posts over the course of the week on everything from business tips, SEO tips, blogging tips and of course some excellent blogs on mixed martial arts.

UFC 109 is finally here and I have decided to post round by round live UFC 109 results instead of just writing my typical UFC 109 recap or whichever UFC recap, all you need to do to see the live round by round recap is refresh this page. If you want to take a peek at my UFC 109 predictions before the fight starts have at it, I posted who my predictions were next to each of the fights below for those of you that are too lazy to click through to my predictions. haha
I will also be posting pictures from each of the fights as they happen, it won’t be anything crazy but it will be UFC 109 pictures.

Haha. Sorry it’s just been one of those weeks where I have to laugh before just about every sentence I say, somewhat like a crazed psycho but in a pleasant loving way. Just the other day I wrote “Careful What You Wish For“, in that post I discussed music and how much of a motivator it is for me in just about every aspect of life, that might seem a little over the top. What you see is what you get.
It’s amazing to me how people change or can be so quick in life to jump on bandwagons or even have self respect at times, people that you would think never would have an issue with you do. These people, a term I use lightly because there are another 100 words and phrases that can be put together to explain this type of person, it’s typically described as a “hater”. Personally, I hate the term it bugs me.

Ok last Saturday the Sinful Picture Saturday post took a turn with a very very sinful picture of Jana wearing white thong panties, two weeks ago I warned everyone that I would be stepping up the pictures in the Sinful Picture Saturday post. I know that there are a lot of you that don’t come here for the sinful pictures, and there are even more of you that stay away because of the sinful pictures, it’s all good I understand this stuff isn’t for everyone.
Now that we have the disclaimer stuff out of the way let’s rewind to last week’s Sinful Picture Saturday post, at the end of the post I told you that I would be posting a picture of a pink thong that you will never forget.
