Washington Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitters

Mixing instructions:

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
