E-Poll: Top 10 Legitimate Survey Review: Is it worth your time?
Random Rambles, Survey Site Reviews, Top February 6th, 2008It’s been a few weeks now since I’ve been a smoker (with the occasional 2 puff lapse here and there). I do feel better, no triathlons just yet, but give me time. My house doesn’t smell like a 3 day old grease fire anymore, and after about $150 at the dry cleaners, my clothes don’t either. So, I’m supposed to be all happy and proud of myself for kicking a 30 year habit…oh, I’m proud…just not all that happy yet. Instead of smoking, I’m eating everything in sight, and for a “slender all of her life” chick, that’s a new one. Don’t be surprised to see me on next season’s “Biggest Loser”, if I can’t get a handle on this hand to mouth disease. I’m also still really, really jumpy…thank goodness my kids are off at school…
I’m going to talk about E-Poll today. I joined a couple of months ago and I’m going to give it my “shrug” rating (you’ll have to get a visual of me lifting my shoulders here). It’s a good site in a lot of ways, it’s just not one of my favorite ones. The surveys they send are easy to take, mostly about media and entertainment. I got about one a week in the beginning, and now I’m getting about 2. I love the surveys and the site layout, and they do send you your “payment” in a timely manner when you’ve earned enough points to cash out.
The drawback for me is that it takes a long time to get to the point of cash out. At E-Poll, generally earn 500 to 3000 points per survey completed. You are sent to the Rewards store where you can add your points to any number of charities (if you wish) or gift cards at various stores: Amazon, Home Depot, etc. It takes 3500 points for a $5 gift card, 6750 for a $10 card, on up to 17,250 for a $30 one.
I’m the queen of instant gratification, but I’ve heard (and read) lots of positive feedback about the site, so I’m going with the “shrug” review until further notice. Once I figure out how to do it, I’ll make a video and do a shadow puppet shrug like this one!

Today I received a dvd from them. I have to watch the movie and write down a code provided by them through the movie and then do the survey.
I’m so excited because I absolutely LOVE watching movies

I got 2000 points for watching the movie and doing the survey.
It was a movie from 1998
I thought I was going to be the lucky one to watch a movie before the cinema or something like that hehehe
To my surprise, it had comercials… yes, like a movie on cable
Luckily I didn’t forward the commercials or I wouldn’t had been able to do the survey… THE QUESTIONS WERE MAINLY ABOUT THEM… the only question about the movie was DID YOU LIKE THE MOVIE?.
well, I enjoyed it anywayz

In December of last year, I got a Media Safe CD. It was a episode of a TV show. I’m not sure what the name of the show was but I thinks it’s now A&E. The show was really boring. It was about a tobacco company and don’t never anything else. I was asked if I remember looking a soda brand buring the show. I think I got 2000 points. Getting to watch a show or movie for a survey is really cool but next time I hope the show is better than this one.

20. Epoll $60.00 (3500 = $5) (PayPal) (Joined: 2008-02-19) ($60 rec’d)
E-Poll is a solid Top 20 survey site that is great for people that watch a lot of TV and movies. The frequency of suveys runs hot and cold, but you should be able to cash out every 2-3 months for $5-10 sent via PayPal. They also offer gift certificates to Amazon.com, Best Buy, Home Depot, McDonalds, Target, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Red Lobster and several other great prizes. Customer service is excellent, but I have not had any problems that have required me to contact them yet. I think everyone needs to be a member of this survey site.

I do appreciate the instant survey credit and the fast payment but the surveys can be rather repetitive.
Another good thing is that their surveys don’t seem to expire fast like a lot of other companies. Since i work full time, a lot of times I can’t get to my surveys immediately. With E-Poll I have been able to take a survey a few days after getting the email.

I like E Poll. Most surveys are About T.V. Shows, Music, and Entertainment (which I like). The surveys are medium to long in length…..however I have come across one that lasted almost 3 hours! Very Grueling! I just requested my first Electronic Pay Pal payment for $25….which took me 1 year to save up the points for. Slow earner, but I do ENJOY this panel very much!
