Clear Voice Surveys Panel: Should you join? Review
Survey Site Reviews, Top Cash Paying Survey Sites, Uncategorized February 12th, 2008I’m a weather junkie from way back. I’ve often wondered why it is that I’m fascinated by the power of hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards…you name it. I can’t get enough of the weather channel. My brother is the same way, yup, he’s a junkie too. Wait a minute, now that I think about it, my normal friends don’t watch the weather channel at all. Hmmm… this can only mean that watching tornadoes somehow reminds us of our childhood. I also watch Dr. Phil.
I think these boys are a couple of bricks short….
Clear Voice Survey Panel is another one of those good, solid sites and on my list of personal favorites. Sign up takes less than 5 minutes, and there are 4 additional profile surveys to take on the member page at your convenience. All of those can be completed in about 15 minutes. You can take your earnings (when they reach $10) as cash or use their partner, Payoneer, and they will mail you a prepaid debit card. You can also use your rewards to buy gift certificates at Amazon. The only negative I can think of is that the Payoneer service charges a small fee for the transaction.
It seems to me that more than any of the other survey sites that I belong to, Clear Voice has made it their mission to value your time. I don’t know about you, but I have limited time in my day to spend on surveys, mostly in 10 minute increments. Their surveys are geared toward that goal, and you’ll get a certain amount of money for attempting to take it, even if you don’t qualify, much like Synovate and Global Test Market. Completed surveys generally pay between $2 and $10.
Be sure to complete all 4 of the profile surveys. The more you tell them about yourself, the more chances you’ll have to qualify for a survey. Expect to receive 1 (or 2) surveys a week. If you find that you haven’t gotten one in a while, visit the member page which has an area showing any available surveys that you are eligible to take.
Bottom line on this one is, yes, you should join. It’s an all around solid company who pays cash for surveys taken and places value on your time.
Watch this…sweet dreams : )

I did all the profiles and haven’t qualified for any of the surveys. I only have a $0.50 balance
April 19th, 2008 at 7:02 pm
I have completed 4 of the six profiles in my Clear Voice Account. I have $9.75 in my account. That means I need $0.25 more to be able to redeem a prize. These are the rewards you can choose from:
Payoneer - Prepaid Debit MasterCard
eMagazines.com - Magazine Subscription
Dining Dough - $25 Restaurant Gift Certificate
Amazon.com® - $10 Gift Certificate
I think I will choose the Prepaid Debit card since I can spent it where ever I want.

That’s GREAT news I cashed out with their PAYONEER debit card… it sucks because if you don’t use it in one month they charge a fee of almost $3. I had $10 and it was reduced to $7
Thanks for letting us know!!!

Just wanted to let everybody know that Clear Voice Surveys are now offering a PayPal option which i am really pleased about and i’m sure most of you guys will be too.

I figured that Payoneer card wasn’t worth it. Thanks for taking a bullet for the team by trying it out maplaver. I am thrilled that ClearVoice is now offering PayPal, but I sure will miss those $10 Amazon gift certificates! I will have to move them up the Cash Surveys section of my Highest Paid Surveys list now.

Today I logged in to my Clear Voice account to if I was really to redeem a reward. I had $30.10 in my account but then I decided I want some real cash up save so I redeemed $20 with PayPal. They said it would take 48 hours or 2 days for me to be credited with my cash reward. That is relatively fast compared to other panels that offer PayPal like MyView. I will post another comment here when I receive my reward.
Anyway, here is something I noticed about Clear voice ever since I joined their panel. For some weird reason Clear Voice log in information is not detected my Roboform program meaning it does not create a Roboform rfp file. So everytime I want to login to this panel, I have to enter the information. This website is the only one I have to do that. Has anyone else experienced this? 19(1)

Eddie, my RoboForm does fill in my information for ClearVoice, so you might want to clear it and redo it next time you log in. That is way cool they only take 48 hours for PayPal to be processed. I am STILL waiting on Tik Tik Cash after 53 or so days…grrrrrrr!!!

November 21st, 2008 at 12:32 am
I’ve been logging into Clear Voice for the last 4 days trying to redeem my points via paypal and the option is no longer there. The options are for Amazon, Dining Dough and Payoneer. I emailed Clear Voice and they have not emailed back. Is anyone else having any problems?
November 21st, 2008 at 8:11 am
oh no, really?
i was so happy 2 c the paypal option cuz i tried PAYONNER and that sucks BIG TIME!!!
December 13th, 2008 at 5:05 pm
I have only been able to cash out once. That was barely although I completed all the profiles and answer the daily surveys. I guess it is just because of where I live, I hardly ever qualify and they hardly ever sent me surveys.
December 13th, 2008 at 10:25 pm
ditto vwilliams…
December 19th, 2008 at 7:22 am
no more paypal

I love Clear voice surveys it is one of the most active sites that I do surveys for. At this time I have $182.00 just siting in my acount ready to cashout. I have been a member for about 5 years and I have cashed out at least 6 times with a avrage payout of over $100.00. the trick with this company and all the rest is to alway update your profile and often not leaving one profile update undone. Often Often Often
Tips to follow
1 you work full time
2 your married
3 Lots of income $200.000 +
4 you have full control of everything

Hey Glenn, just a thought. Sounds great and all, but why do you have 182 bucks waiting to cash. I’ve not done surveys long at all. But I can tell you something I learned along time ago my friend. Don’t ever let someone hold on to more money than you would a stranger. Because thats what they are in this case.Excluding good friends of course. You never know what may happen.
January 5th, 2009 at 11:21 am
Now maplaver,that wasn’t nice
January 13th, 2009 at 1:52 pm
Credits over 1 year old are deleted from your account. If you have not reached $10 payout, you start losing credits. Please check your account balance. I have not reached $10 & credits have been deducted. See terms.

Lee New. You have been very lucky with Clear Voice. But, if you do not reach/claim $10 payout by 10/29/09 (I have estimated date) you will begin losing credits. You must reach $10 payout within a year See terms. Not advisable if receive few surveys.
January 15th, 2009 at 12:21 am
Apple, If I fail to reach the $10 payout within three months, I will unsubscribe from this Amazon.com gift card-only survey site. I already have close to 200 DVDs! I should be selling them on half.com to recoup some of the points that I have earned towards Amazon gift cards!

SURVEY TAKERS BE AWARE THAT CLEARVOICE DELETES CREDITS THAT ARE 366 DAYS OLD. IF YOU HAVE CREDITS IN YOUR ACCOUNT THAT ARE 366 DAYS OLD & YOU ARE UNABLE TO CASH OUT BECAUSE $10 PAYOUT NOT REACHED THOSE CREDITS WILL BE DELETED. READ THEIR RULES WHICH SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED ON THEIR MAIN PAGE BUT, YOU NEED TO CLICK “TERMS OF USE” AT BOTTOM OF MAIN PAGE. Terms of use states this applies if you have “not participated in further studies”, I have participated and POINTS HAVE BEEN DELETED. I HAVE EMAILED THEM TWICE. NO RESPONSE. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED.
February 16th, 2009 at 4:09 pm
thanks Apple, for that usefull information…. I did not know that Clear Voice money expires.. I will check my account tomorrow and hopefully redeem my rewards from a Amazon Gift code…
February 16th, 2009 at 6:00 pm
I unsubscribed. Not receiving enough surveys to reach $10 payout within 366 days. Had $7 & $3 deleted leaving balance of $4. What good are credits that are then deleted? NOT GOOD FOR ME. I thought it was good because terms say “if not participated in further studies.” I had participated in all that were offered & credits were still deleted. They did not honor their terms.
March 26th, 2009 at 11:54 pm
I visited the website today to check my account. To my surprise it seems I am already logged in as Kathy ?! Click on anything and nothing happens. Is there a security problem with their website or have they scammed me. I too waiting for a .25 cents to cash out. It has been taking too long. I get the feeling they have froze my account. I have sent an e-mail to support. I am so disappointed it has been going so well. I was getting surveys regularly. I hate being lied to and cheated. If they really cheated me, I will report them to the Survey Police but Clearvoice is not on their list.
March 27th, 2009 at 8:16 am
they dont have 2 b on the list 4 u 2 report them 2 survey police.
i havent had any problems with them thank god!

Hello,
Does anyone know how to register for a payoneer card to use with Clearvoice surveys ? I cashed out before I made my card. Now my account is 0. I do not know how this works.
By the way, my account is ok. I guess they had a problem with their site. Weird though, sometimes I have a hard time to log in. I use LastPass instead of Roboform. It is a firefox addon. It also works with Internet explorer. instead of Roboform. It does not enter my password either, I have to enter it as well.
April 28th, 2009 at 9:05 pm
the payoneer card is not worth it. they charge u fees for not using ur money and they take it ALL. i cashout once with that option but NEVER AGAIN!
April 29th, 2009 at 7:55 am
I still want one. I will have to take a chance and experience it for myself thank you. Can anyone offer assistance ? I wish to use it also for personal usage as well to receive payments from Clearvoice.
April 29th, 2009 at 8:48 pm
what do u need?
is really easy 2 sign up, u just gotta follow instructions but u gotta wait til they fix and update their site… which is whenever ur correct balance appears!
May 1st, 2009 at 9:12 pm
Went on the Payoneer website and says you cannot sign up on their website, but on a payoneer partner’s website. So I went back to my clearvoice account and redeemed my $10.00. Then a message comes up that I should receive an e-mail from Payoneer which I never received. That is what I can last remember. Clearvoice has not updated my account. I have contacted support and waiting is all I can do for now. Thanks anyways.

I DONT HAVE TIME 2 B WASTED… THIS IS A GONER 4 ME!
May 7th, 2009 at 4:38 pm
I haven’t been paid for the last 2 surveys I was supposed to get credits for, plus they just “stole” money from my account because I didn’t use it in 366 days. As if it is my fault for not qualifying for the surveys they send me so that I could reach the $10 cashout point. BEWARE if you value your time.
May 16th, 2009 at 10:50 am
i ve tried 2 unsubscribe but i cant seem 2 find an option 2 do it. i even wrote 2 customer service 4 them 2 cancel my account and NO ANSWER. i tried logging in and it worked so my account still active. anyone knows how 2?
May 17th, 2009 at 12:56 pm
Mark it as spam if you don’t want the extra $10 per year…
May 17th, 2009 at 6:14 pm
i dont receive any emails from them anymore. they marked me as fraud so i guess thats y i dont get anymore!
June 4th, 2009 at 10:16 pm
Don’t sign up for Clear Voice Survey! They suck and I hate them so much! I had $9.75 and then they stopped sending me surveys and now my balance is $3.00 because of the stupid 1 year expiry rule. Also, the reward for surveys that you don’t qualify for is now only $0.10 (reduced from $0.25). **** you and go to hell, Clear Voice Survey! :@
June 12th, 2009 at 3:36 pm
I’ve checked my rewards history and discovered that a few surveys taken in April and worth more than $5 total (which would put me over the $10 minimum) are not showing up. I’ve sent them two e-mails this month, but they have not responded to either. Not surprisingly, I haven’t received one survey since I sent the e-mail.
August 11th, 2009 at 10:58 pm
Clear Voice is a colossal waste of time, besides being a fraud. You spend 10-25 minutes of your time doing their surveys and just when you’re about to complete it they terminate you, say you weren’t qualified or simply cut your server off. Then when you contact them and complain they don’t get back in touch with you. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this. You WILL regret it. They deserve to be investigated.
October 20th, 2009 at 3:37 pm
Clear voice surveys is a TOTAL SCAM - they never pay and when you ask why then never answer -
CLEAR VOICE SURVEYS IS A TOTAL SCAM
October 20th, 2009 at 6:39 pm
I have been trying to cash in my measly $20.00 balance with clear voice for a week and the screen just says they can’t fulfill my request at this time. I sent an e-mail but received no response. I assume they are ripping me off after I devoted a lot of time to their surveys. Maybe they are going broke, they deserve to.
October 21st, 2009 at 1:07 pm
I emailed ClearVoice Surveys three times over the past two months to try and get four surveys credited from as far back as June 23. They never reply but have credited the surveys for a $1, but rarely do they credit me for $2-$3 surveys that I have completed with them. I will be unsubscribing after I cash out my next $10 Amazon credit. I have $9.80 with them currently.
October 21st, 2009 at 6:14 pm
I NOW WAS ABLE TO REDEEM MY $10.00 DOLLAR AMAZON CERTIFICATE, SO IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH TO REDEEM NOT IS THE TIME TO REDEEM IT!!
November 24th, 2009 at 12:28 am
I also joined Clear Voice Surveys and it takes to long to qualify for the surveys first they have you thinking that you are going to get $1.50 to $3.00 then I just knew that I was going to make some money Fo the last past week I took there dumb surveys and I never qualified for any of them and its just a waste of my time .I made $23.00 in 3 days on Slots4cash and Its a slots game that you play everyday and they give you points to play the slot machine and you cash out when you make $10.00 I think I did pretty good scince I just signed up for the site a week ago .I hope that this helps everyone its better than taking surveys yu just spin and its so much fun than taking surveys and if you log on everyday you get 5 tokens and the tokens just keep on coming.Have fun with this one .I just found out about this site on PCH .
November 28th, 2009 at 1:42 pm
If ClearVoice fails to respond to emails concerning the surveys I completed over the past summer with them that have yet to be credited, I will be unsubcribing from them after the first of the year. They are just borderline OK in my book.
December 20th, 2009 at 5:42 pm
They are a scam, customer support never responds to me, I contacted them 4 times in the last two months. You can’t get into the website to get your rewards. Do not sign up. You can if you want to waste time and participate for nothing.
December 21st, 2009 at 5:45 am
I never qualify for any of their surveys. I think I have about 20 cents in my account. I quit taking them.

I am also about to quit and unsubscribe. Unlike other legitimate survey sites that are sending out fewer invitations over the past year, ClearVoice fails to credit you for surveys completed and rarely replies to requests for clarification or rectification.

I’m still a member of this website and last sunday I redeemed $20 Amazon Gift codes. I like that they instantly give you the codes and don’t make you wait. As far as I know they do credit the surveys and usually don’t have any problems with them.

I have only had problems with a $2 and $3 survey from June and July. They credit them eventually after many, many emails. It’s not worth it to me.

ClearVoice finally responded and informed me that one of the surveys I had completed in June was ‘terminated’ and awarded me $0.10 for the other survey that I completed in July. I am positive that this is not accurate. I am unsubscribing.

Don’t blame you at all Lee….i won’t be far behind you. I never qualify for their surveys anymore. Can’t believe at one point i had almost $100 in my account at one time with them.

Clear Voice has an interesting new design of their home page and i really like the look of it. Hopefully they will start sending out more survey invites as well.

I am sticking with ClearVoice a bit longer to see how their new and improved site works out.
